Christine (Trinh) Huynh, MS, BCBA, LBA

Founder & CEO

Christine (Trinh) Huynh earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. With over a decade of experience serving schools, families, and clinics in California’s Bay Area, she recently relocated to Seattle, Washington, to continue supporting children on the autism spectrum. In 2021, Christine became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst. She founded Beacon of Hope with a mission to empower neurodivergent individuals and their families by providing high-quality support and compassionate care in a uniquely tailored approach.

Vanessa Diaz Winborn
M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Vanessa Sneve earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Sacramento State University and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. She began her career in ABA in 2014 as a behavior therapist and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020. With a decade of experience in the field, Vanessa has worked with various age groups, including early intervention(under 3 years old), toddlers, school age children, teens, young adults, and seniors across home, clinic, school, and community settings.  Throughout her career, Vanessa has taken on leadership roles, mentoring and training behavior therapists, RBTs, clinical supervisors, and BCBA candidates. She has run and supervised social skills groups for children, teens, and young adults. Her passion lies in empowering individuals by equipping them with essential life skills, fostering independence, and supporting meaningful behavioral growth.

Jamie Wallace
MA, BCBA, LBA

Jamie Wallace earned her bachelor’s degrees in General Biology and Psychology from University of Washington and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Her introduction to the ABA field was as an undergraduate researcher at the UW Autism Center which led to her becoming a behavior technician in 2018. Jamie became a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2022 and is now a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with clients in home, school, and community settings and particularly enjoys teaching clients social and adaptive skills through natural environment teaching. Away from work you can find her exploring outdoors, playing flag football, and spending time with her cat.
